What is 37 Days?

37 Days of Change is a challenge run three times a year, March 7 (3/7), July 3 (7/3), and November 3 (11/3), where for 37 days we cut out the cheap and easy distractions, things we spend hours doing but never feel good about.
Non-educational content on TV, YouTube, and other platforms
Social media and scrolling
Video games
Inappropriate or sexual content
Alcohol
Recreational Drugs
These are the suggested, classic rules of the challenge, but many people set exceptions or add rules to fit their lifestyle.

Why Join 37 Days?


Trying to cut out these things on our own can be effective, but it often falls through.

Having a community helps you stick to it and follow through on your goals. 37 Days brings people together so you are not doing it alone.
